Transcription, Translation, Captioning Refund Policy

  • Free rework and proofreading for refund requests within the 15 days upon delivered order as per the policy before approval.
  • As per the refund request policy customer is eligible to claim for refund within 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Charges will be applicable for the refund claims after 15 days with quality issues, 30% for proofreading and 50% for rework (30% and 50% of the total amount based on file length/page count).
  • No refund will be processed without revised quality check
  • Refund requests will be validated and accepted only for document or files with grade A (Excellent) and B (Good) quality.
  • The refund request order will undergo a thorough quality check including proofreading before we approve the request for refund.
  • The refund request will be approved only if the order fails to meet our re-evaluation parameters. If the customer has done the same work from other service provider we will request a copy of the same to evaluate our quality of work.
  • Rush orders. Poor quality audio/video recording and hand written documents will not be considered for refund requests.
  • Re-work for the orders after 15 days will be charged and reviewed only after the payment received.

Voiceover and Dubbing Refund Policy

  • Free rework and proofreading for refund requests within the 15 days upon delivered services as per the policy
  • As per the refund request policy customer is eligible to claim for refund within 15 days from the date of delivery date.
  • Charges will be applicable for the refund claims after 15 days with quality issues, 30% for proofreading and 50% for rework (30% and 50% of the total amount based on file length/page count).
  • No refund will be processed without revised quality check
  • Refund requests will be validated and accepted only for documents or files with grade A (Excellent) and B (Good) quality.
  • The refund request order will undergo a thorough quality check including proofreading before we raise the request for refund.

  • Rush orders and pre-approved voices refund requests will be considered ineligible and invalid.
  • Re-work for the orders after 15 days will be charged and reviewed only after the payment received.
